Foreman

The duties of Foreman include but are not limited to the following items and physical requirements.

 

Job Specific duties will include:

  • Supervise and coordinate the personnel on the project.

  • Prepare and schedule daily work duties for personnel on the project.

  • Coordinate with the Project Superintendent the needs of the project, which include equipment and personnel.

  • Responsible for safe working condition and compliance with all safety plans.  These will include but are not limited to OSHA, EM-385, site specific plans, and Miss Utilities.

 

General Job site duties will include:

  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.

  • Make sure tools and equipment are sent to their proper storage area at the end of each day and the project site is secured.

  • Assist the on site personnel in maintaining production and safety.

General Job site Environment:

 

The position regularly works near moving mechanical parts and in outside conditions that include inclement weather, heat and humidity, and exposure to dust, asphalt and raw sewer.
