Project Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Collaborate with project team members, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project success
- Create and maintain project schedules using software such as Primavera or ProCore
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budget
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and cost estimates
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress and quality
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns or issues

 

Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or construction management
- Proficient in using project management software such as ProCore or Primavera
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, including blueprint reading and schematics interpretation
- Familiarity with civil engineering software such as Civil 3D is a plus
- Experience in construction estimating and cost control is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
