General Laborer

Trident Civil is now hiring full time positions for General Laborers for our Water/Sewer line crews.

​

Job locations are in the Hampton Roads area.

​

The duties of the laborers include but are not limited to the following items and physical requirements.

​

Job Specific duties will include:

  • Perform tasks to abide by safety and security regulations.

  • Assist in preparing the work site at the start of each work shift.

  • Handle and stage materials as needed.

  • Perform duties as directed by site Forman or Superintendent

  • Work well in a team environment

  • Assist installing storm drain, water, and sewer mains with service connections.

  • Assist in daily clean up and returning tools and equipment at the end of each work shift.

  • Able to lift 50+ pounds and capability to push, pull, or carry heavy objects.

  • Be continually attentive and mindful of your surroundings to keep yourself and co-workers safe.

  • Wear protective equipment/gear as necessary (glove, eyewear, hard-hat, steel-toes, etc.)

Requirements: Valid driver's license (preferred)
