Dominion Blvd South Improvements
The work included roadway improvements along Dominion Blvd./US 17 from 1.42 miles south of Scenic Parkway to 0.4 miles north of Scenic Parkway for a total project length of approximately 1.9 miles. The proposed work consists of widening Dominion Blvd to a 4-lane divided roadway, including intersection and drainage improvements.

The work includes replacement of approximately 17,067 LF of gravity sewer and associated manholes and laterals, replacement of approximately 1,271 LF of 6-in force main within the Thalia Manor neighborhood (Service Area 241).

Munden Farms
In April 2014, Trident Civil broke ground for Ryan Homes’ first community in Virginia Beach, VA. The 72 acre parcel of land has 71 single-family homes, 3 ponds, 37 acres of open green space and almost 2 miles of public and woodland walking trails.
